Refund policy

RETURNS ARE FREE*

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your Audley shoes to us. We will exchange them for a different size or style at no extra cost or, if you prefer, we will issue a refund.

If a second exchange is necessary, the cost will be borne by you.

At Audley, we believe that to provide the best online shopping experience, our customers should not pay for return shipping costs; these are completely free on the first return.

*In the event that a second exchange must be returned, meaning that you have already requested a change of model or size and it does not fit properly, as this would be a second return, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

  • Domestic orders (Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal): €4.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • International orders (including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €14.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount using the same payment method as the original purchase.

*If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, as payment was made in cash, a bank account number will be required in order to process the refund via bank transfer. The additional shipping surcharge applied when selecting this payment method will not be refunded if the shoes are returned: only the full amount of the shoes will be reimbursed.

*Audley reserves the right to revoke the right to free returns in the event of unusual customer behaviour (systematic and repeated returns within a certain period of time). The customer will be expressly informed in the shipping confirmation of their order.

The shoes must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as delivered, with no worn soles. They must be sent back in their original box. Audley may refuse the refund if the shoes show signs of having been worn.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR AUDLEY SHOES IS VERY EASY

Making a return is very simple. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Place the shoes in their original shoe box. Pack them in the same parcel in which they were delivered, or in a similar package where they are well protected.
  2. Send us an email requesting the collection of the shoes and stating the reason for your return to customerservice@audley.es. Audley will arrange the return by contacting the courier, who will collect the parcel on the day and within the time slot you indicate. You may also choose to take the parcel yourself to a nearby courier drop-off point for return. This will depend on your postal code and the available locations in your area. If you prefer this option, we will inform you of the available points. Just let us know.

Please remember that to make a return, the shoes must be new, unused, and in their original packaging and box.

NOTE

Right of withdrawal – returns

In accordance with Article 44 of the Spanish Retail Trade Regulation Act, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days following receipt of the items. Once the withdrawal has been communicated to the seller, the buyer must return the goods in the same condition in which they were delivered. The seller will refund the order amount within seven days. Withdrawals or returns outside the indicated time limits will not be accepted. The withdrawal must be communicated to the seller by email to customerservice@audley.es within fourteen days.

Warranties

In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 on Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods, SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. warrants all products subject to this contract, generally from the date of receipt of the goods, against any manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the characteristics specified therein. The customer is entitled to both the free replacement of the product subject to the contract and the resolution of the contract, if applicable. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. by email at customerservice@audley.es; the costs incurred for the 1st return will be borne by SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L.

Pursuant to the EU Online Dispute Resolution for consumer matters and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
