For Audley Shoes, customer satisfaction is our sole purpose, and we work hard to ensure it. Our greatest desire is for you to be delighted with your online purchase of Audley Shoes. You will acquire uniquely designed, original, and highly comfortable shoes, with the 100% Made in Spain quality seal.

At Audley, we want you to be satisfied with your shoes. If, for any reason such as fit or other preferences, they do not meet your expectations, we offer the option to return or exchange them for another model or size, or receive a full refund through the same payment method.

FINAL PRICE

The prices displayed on our website are final. They include all taxes and fees. *Prices may vary slightly depending on the payment method selected (see 'Payment Methods').

The company is not responsible for price changes during website maintenance, typographical errors, or access to the online store from countries different from the shipping destination.

Products will be invoiced to the buyer based on the rates registered at the time of order validation.

All special offers, promotions, and discounts are valid from and until the indicated date or while stock lasts.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Orders with delivery to a country other than the one contracted at purchase will not be accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose from the following payment options:

  • Credit Card. The system is fully SECURE, and the transaction is carried out directly through an encrypted secure connection with the bank. (No additional charges)
  • Mobile Bizum Payment. (No additional charges)
  • PayPal. (No additional charges)
  • PayPal: Pay in 3 interest-free installments.
  • Bank Transfer. (No additional charges). When placing the order, you will automatically receive an email with the account number.
  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is made in cash to the courier delivering the order, with an additional cost of 3% of the order amount. Orders to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Europe incur a 5% fee. *Returns: The extra shipping cost applied with this method will not be refunded if the shoes are returned; only the full price of the shoes will be reimbursed.
  • Scalapay: If you purchase via Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 interest-free installments. You confirm that the installments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, its affiliates, and beneficiaries, and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorise and consent to this sale.

FREE SHIPPING*

Shipping is always free, except for:

*Cash on Delivery orders incur 3% on the product price for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands, and 5% for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and European orders (subject to carrier availability).

Shipping times once the order is processed are:

  • 1–2 business days for mainland Spain, except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, which have standard shipping of 3–4 business days.
  • 2–3 business days for USA, Canada, and UK.
  • 3–4 business days for all of Europe.
  • Rest of the world: 5–7 business days.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Routine customs inspections in non-EU countries.
  • Local/national holidays, vacation periods, or extraordinary carrier circumstances during transit.

During sales or promotions, such as 'Black Friday,' delivery times may be slightly affected.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We ensure prompt delivery and optimise the process by maintaining direct contact with our carriers.

Audley is not responsible for delays caused at customs. Customs clearance is independent of normal shipping transit, although we ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

We provide tracking numbers so you can follow your package, and we monitor any disputes that may arise with carriers.

If any issues occur, Audley will resolve them directly with the courier.

NOTE

Right of withdrawal – returns

In accordance with Article 44 of the Spanish Retail Trade Regulation Act, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days following receipt of the items. Once withdrawal is communicated to the seller, the buyer must return the goods in the same condition they were delivered. The seller will refund the order amount within seven days. Withdrawals or returns outside these periods will not be accepted. Withdrawal must be communicated by email to customerservice@audley.es within fourteen days.

Warranties

In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 on Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods, SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. warrants all products subject to this contract, generally from the date of receipt of the goods, against any manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the characteristics specified therein. The customer is entitled to both the free replacement of the product subject to the contract and the resolution of the contract, if applicable. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. by email at customerservice@audley.es; the costs incurred for the 1st return will be borne by SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L.
