SECURE PURCHASE

At Audley Shoes, customer satisfaction is our sole reason for being and we work to ensure it. Our greatest wish is for you to be delighted with your online purchase of Audley Shoes. You will receive shoes of unique, original design that are very comfortable, bearing the 100% Made in Spain quality seal.

At Audley we want the shoes to be to your liking, so if for any reason, such as fit or any other reason, they are not to your satisfaction, we offer the opportunity to return or exchange them for another model or size. Or a full refund via the same payment method.

FINAL PRICE

The prices shown on our website are final prices. All costs and taxes are included. *Prices may be slightly affected depending on the payment method selected (see 'payment methods').

The company is not responsible for price changes occurring during website maintenance operations, typographical errors, or access to the online store from countries other than the one requested for delivery.

Products will be invoiced to the buyer based on the rates recorded at the time of order validation.

All special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid from and until the indicated date or while stocks of the affected products last.

It is the customer's obligation to provide accurate delivery information. Orders with delivery to a country other than the one contracted at the time of purchase will not be accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card. The system is completely SECURE and the transaction is carried out directly through an encrypted secure connection platform with the bank. (No additional charge)
  • Bizum mobile payment. (No additional charge)
  • PayPal. (No additional charge)
  • PayPal: Pay in 3 interest-free instalments.
  • Bank transfer. (No additional charge). When placing the order, an email with the account number will automatically be sent to you.
  • Cash on delivery: Payment is made in cash to the courier company that delivers the order and carries an additional charge of 3% of the order amount. Orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Europe apply 5%. *Returns: The extra shipping cost applied with this method will not be refunded if the shoes are returned; only the full price of the shoes will be reimbursed.
  • Scalapay: If you buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 interest-free instalments. You confirm that the instalments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, to related parties and their beneficiaries and, hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorise and consent to this sale and purchase.

FREE SHIPPING*

Shipping is always free, except for:

*Cash on delivery orders always apply a 3% surcharge on the product amount for peninsular orders and the Balearic Islands, and 5% for orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and European orders (subject to availability of this payment option, as it depends on the transport agency).

Shipping timeframes once the order has been processed are:

  • 1 to 2 business days throughout mainland Spain. Except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which apply a standard delivery of 3 to 4 business days.
  • 2 to 3 business days. Delivery to USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.
  • 3 to 4 business days throughout Europe.
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days.

These delivery periods may be affected by:

  • Routine customs checks in countries that are not members of the European Union.
  • Local/national holidays, holiday periods, or extraordinary circumstances of carriers during package transit.

During sale or promotional periods, such as 'Black Friday', this timeframe may be slightly affected.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We ensure delivery is as prompt as possible within our means and optimise the process through direct contact with the transport agencies we work with.

Audley is not responsible for delays caused at Customs. The management and clearance of goods is independent of the 'normal' shipment transit, although we do ensure that any dispute arising from the retention of a package for purely administrative and routine control reasons is resolved as soon as possible.

At Audley we ensure that shoes are delivered as soon as possible by the transport agencies. We provide the package tracking number so you can follow the transit status of your package, remaining attentive to any dispute that may arise from them.

If any problem arises, Audley will deal with it directly with the agency in question.

*During the weekend Audley has limited access to email or phone. However, please do not worry as your request will be handled upon our return during working hours Monday to Friday.

RETURNS ARE FREE*

You have 14 days from receipt of your order in which you can return your Audley shoes and we will exchange them for a different size or style at no extra cost, or if you prefer, we will refund your money.

A second exchange, if necessary, will be at your expense.

At Audley, we believe that to provide the best online shopping experience, our customers should not pay for return costs; these are completely free on the first return with nothing to pay.

*In the event of having to return a second exchange, i.e. if you have already requested a model or size change and it still does not fit properly, then, as this is a second return, the shipping cost will be at your expense.

  • National orders (Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal): the amount to be deducted from the total shoe refund would be 4.99 euros via the same payment method used for the order.
  • International orders (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, included): the amount to be deducted from the total shoe refund would be 14.99 euros via the same payment method used for the order.

*If the payment method chosen is 'cash on delivery', as it was paid in cash, a bank account number will be required to refund via bank transfer. The additional shipping surcharge applied when selecting this payment method will not be refunded if the shoes are returned: the full price of the shoes will be credited.

*Audley reserves the right to revoke the right to free returns in the event of unusual behaviour from certain customers (systematic and repeated returns within a certain period of time). The customer will be expressly informed in the confirmation of their purchase shipment.

Shoes must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as they were delivered, without worn soles. They must be in their original box. Audley may be obliged not to proceed with the refund if the shoes show signs of having been worn.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AUDLEY SHOES IS VERY EASY

Making a return is very easy, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Place the shoes in their original shoe box. Pack them in the same package they arrived in or in a similar one that keeps them well protected.
  2. Send us an email requesting collection of the shoes and the reason for your return to customerservice@audley.es. Audley will process the return by contacting the transport agency and they will collect the package on the day and within the time slot you indicate. It is also possible to take the package yourself to a nearby agency point for its return. This will depend on the postcode and those located in the area. Therefore, if you prefer this option, we will let you know the available points. Just let us know.

Just remember that, to return the shoes, they must be new, unused and in their original packaging and box.

NOTE

Right of withdrawal - return

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 44 of the Retail Trade Act, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days of receiving the items. Once the buyer's withdrawal has been communicated to the seller, the buyer must return the goods to the seller in the same condition in which they were delivered. The seller, for their part, will refund the order amount to the buyer within seven days. Order cancellations and merchandise returns will not be accepted outside the indicated timeframes. The withdrawal must be communicated to the seller by email to customerservice@audley.es within fourteen days.

Warranties

In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 on Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods, SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. warrants all products subject to this contract, generally from the date of receipt of the goods, against any manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the characteristics specified therein. The customer is entitled to both the free replacement of the product subject to the contract and the resolution of the contract, if applicable. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L. by email at customerservice@audley.es; the costs incurred for the 1st return will be borne by SCARPA PIUBELLA S.L.

Pursuant to the EU Online Dispute Resolution for consumer matters and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
